Patent Integration Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to protecting our information assets and those entrusted to us by our customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes. To maintain the trust of our customers and society, we implement the following company-wide information security measures.
1. Management Responsibility
The Company strives to improve and enhance information security in an organized and continuous manner under management leadership.
2. Internal System Development
The Company will establish an organization for maintaining and improving information security and will establish information security measures as formal internal rules.
3. Employee Commitment
Company employees will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for information security and ensure the effectiveness of information security initiatives.
4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements
The Company will comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security while meeting customer expectations.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
The Company will appropriately address any violations of information security laws, contract breaches, and incidents, and work to prevent their recurrence.
